This coffee hails from the award-winning Santa Izabel farm in the picturesque region of South Minas Gerais. Under the stewardship of Humberto Florezi Filho, Santa Izabel has become a beacon of quality and sustainability, earning top honours at the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association competitions and the Cup of Excellence. The farm’s dedication to excellence extends beyond the cup, with a strong commitment to community and environmental stewardship, supporting local producers through training and sustainable practices.
