Returns & Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window is extended where the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday. To exercise this right, log in to your account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request directly.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled and dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Returns

For all other customers, our returns window is 14 days from delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods, including coffee beans and chocolate
• Hygiene-sensitive items, including jewellery and hats, where the seal has been broken or the item has been worn or used
• Gift cards
• Sale items (regular priced items only are eligible for refund)

Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first, then contact your card provider — there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us at hello@treebarkstore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at hello@treebarkstore.com and send your item to: Tree Bark Store, Moycullen, Galway, H91 W3P0, Ireland.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over €75, we recommend a tracked service — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
