We’re thrilled to introduce our very first Mexican coffee—and what a stunning debut it is! Sourced from Finca Don Rafa, nestled in the lush highlands of Chiapas near the Guatemalan border, this lot is a testament to both innovation and sustainability. Grown without artificial fertilisers or herbicides, these Gesha and Caturra cherries are carefully processed using an anaerobic natural method, resulting in a cup that’s as vibrant as it is clean.

In the cup, expect a lively, juicy acidity and beautifully balanced body. Pronounced notes of cherry and lychee lead the way, evolving into a creamy finish reminiscent of vanilla ice cream as the coffee cools. The unique processing brings out a dynamic fruitiness that lingers, making every sip a new discovery.
