Roasted by Calendar Coffee, this exceptional single origin espresso highlights the dedication of the El Jordan community—family-run farms situated in the high mountains of Tolima’s Central Cordillera. Since 2003, these producers have collaborated closely with Caravela, continuously improving their craft and growing an array of varieties including Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra.

El Jordan’s commitment to sustainable agriculture shines through every aspect of their work. Many farmers now hold organic certification and are actively engaged in environmental initiatives such as planting native trees, managing wastewater responsibly, and adopting forward-thinking, eco-friendly practices.

In the cup, expect a smooth, balanced espresso with comforting notes of raisin and brown sugar. The washed process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and gentle fruit profile, while the elevated growing region provides an appealing depth and vibrancy—excellent served black or with milk.
