This particular lot comes from three smallholder farmers in San Ignacio, Northern Peru—a region celebrated for its rich biodiversity and consistent rainfall, providing ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. The result is an espresso that bursts with vibrant fruit character: expect bright notes of lime, sweet apricot, and a rich dark chocolate finish.
Super Nature showcases robust, fruity coffees from both Ethiopia and Peru, but this Peruvian lot stands out for its clarity, complexity, and commitment to sustainability. Calendar Coffee continue to champion producers who share their values, offering a cup that is as ethical as it is delicious.
