Blind Monkey Coffee present a classic yet nuanced Brazilian single origin, sourced from Fazenda Inhame, Volcano—a fifth-generation family estate deeply rooted in Campos Altos, Minas Gerais. Since 1910, the Franco family have combined a century of tradition with thoughtful innovation, cultivating coffee in harmony with the local landscape.

Most of Inhame’s coffee grows above 1,170 metres, where the region’s sunny days and cool nights encourage an impressive natural sweetness and layered complexity in every bean. The Franco family adopt sustainable practices at every step, including the use of organic fertilisers, limited chemicals, and ongoing reforestation with native trees. Commitment to both quality and community is evident throughout, with on-site housing and tangible care for workers and the environment.
