Wired Wilma is a single-origin Brazilian espresso from Fazenda da Mata — a family farm in the Mogiana region that's been growing coffee since 1982, run by Adonis Cerri in the hills of São Sebastião da Grama.
Naturally processed Yellow Catuaí at 1,200m, and the flavour reflects it: rich chocolate and vanilla up front, with a raspberry tart brightness that lifts the whole thing. It's the kind of espresso that works well straight but is equally at home under milk — the fruit note cuts through a flat white without getting lost.
Smooth, sweet, and a little bit indulgent. A reliable everyday espresso with enough going on to keep it interesting.
