The Silly Simon Coffee Bean Story
Silly Simon showcases the incredible dedication of 200 smallholder farmers in Huila, Colombia. The beans are grown at altitudes of 1,400–1,800 MASL, in fertile soil and a microclimate perfect for cultivating high-quality coffee. The washed process brings out the clean, crisp flavours of this 85.5-point coffee, highlighting the hard work of the co-op and El Faro Mill.
This single-origin coffee is made from the Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties, with every bean hand-picked for quality. The unique conditions of Huila, including its high altitude and cloud-covered mountains, create a slower bean maturation process, ensuring complex and balanced flavours that espresso lovers crave.
