Tripping Thiago is Groundstate's house espresso blend — a Brazil and Ethiopia pairing that's been their go-to since the start, and it's easy to see why.

Rich chocolate and fudge up front, with a jammy, fruit-forward brightness that stops it from going heavy. Full-bodied and smooth, with a sweetness that lingers. It works as a straight shot but really comes into its own with milk — flat whites, cortados, lattes — where the chocolate notes open up and the jammy edge cuts through nicely.

Roasted for espresso. Good for home machines and moka pot alike.
