From the mountain peaks of Chalatenango, El Salvador—Stone Valley Coffee Roasters presents a direct-trade gem from El Angel farm. Carlos and Gerardo Mendez, second-generation custodians of this 25-year family plot, craft consistently award-winning coffees at 1,550 metres altitude.
Stone Valley's head roaster visited El Angel in person and witnessed firsthand the care poured into every harvest. Natural-processed Cuscatleco and Anacafe beans deliver caramel, dark chocolate, and tropical fruit—with a juicy, funky character that shines in espresso, flat whites, and long blacks. A bold departure from the everyday.
