Chocolate Mini Eggs | Van Velze's Chocolate
Van Velze's make their chocolates by hand in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo — Criollo and Trinitario cocoa, fresh Irish cream, and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. These mini eggs are the Easter version of that same approach: proper chocolate, proper fillings, eight to a pouch.
Three flavours to choose from:
- Salted Caramel — milk chocolate shell with their award-winning salted caramel filling, made with Achill Island sea salt and fresh Irish cream. The one to get if you want something with a bit of edge.
- Hazelnut & Irish Butterscotch — freshly roasted hazelnut praline paired with homemade Irish butterscotch. Richer and nuttier, with a good depth of flavour.
- Milk Chocolate — a soft, creamy milk chocolate ganache inside a milk chocolate shell. The purist option — straightforward and very good.
8 eggs per pouch. Handmade in the West of Ireland.
