Blind Monkey Coffee present an expressive Caturra filter roast from Granja Paraiso 92, set in Colombia’s lush Valle del Cauca. Produced by innovative coffee maker Wilton Benítez, this lot is a showcase for both meticulous growing and unique anaerobic processing.
Here, ripe Caturra cherries are carefully selected and put through a detailed anaerobic fermentation, coaxing out vibrant tropical and floral notes. The resulting cup is bright and juicy, with standout flavours of mango lassi, fresh kiwi, and a fragrant hibiscus finish. Grown at 1,900 metres, each bean reflects the exceptional terroir and skill at work on this pioneering farm.
Every batch is roasted to highlight clarity, complexity, and the fruit-forward character Blind Monkey Coffee are known for. This coffee is perfect for filter brewing—ideal for those ready to explore a vibrant, juicy side of Colombian specialty coffee.
