This bar is inspired by travel & experiencing the unforgettable aromatic taste of bitter coffee paired with citrus & spice. We knew the combination would pair perfectly with our dark chocolate from Ecuador.
Our coffee is from Two Fifty Square, specialty coffee roasters in Dublin. It is fully traceable single estate Nicaraguan coffee. We heighten it's bright & citrusy flavour with a hint of freshly ground cardamom & add it to our dark chocolate.
