Wilman Mayo has been working in coffee production from a young age, following in his father's footsteps. When he could afford to, he bought his own farm Finca Los Romerillos which spans 100 hectares. Only a quarter of the land is planted with coffee and the remainder is left as a nature reserve, where active reforestation projects have been undertaken to help protect biodiversity. It's a beautiful farm and the results are reflected in the coffee! Expect notes of lychee, candied pineapple and tamarind with a sherbet-like effervescence
