What we set out to achieve with this coffee was to develop a profile for a filter coffee that really emphasised the vibrant and bright acidity that you can get from a honey processed coffee. It has a sweet and surprisingly clean mouthfeel but with a long and delicious aftertaste. We developed this with V60 in mind but it can work well across a variety of brew methods.
