The Cooperative built a new warehouse in 2023 where they have installed a new cupping lab. The goal is to trace the quality of the producers coffees and ensuring the consistency of their coffees for both producer and the final consumer.
We find this coffee to be incredibly approachable with a soft acidity, a ton of clarity and a hit of blackberry, finished with a brown sugar sweetness. We're really think this one shines as an espresso based drink or french press but it has enough going on to suit every brewing method
