This sauce is inspired by a backpacking trip to Hawaii and was experiment #23. It’s fruity, salty and has a small kick. We use premium, naturally brewed soy sauce, Irish apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice and pickled ginger to create a mouth-watering sauce.
How to use?
It’s awesome in a stir fry, drizzled over cooked meat or fish, on rice or noodles, or as a BBQ sauce. It’s great as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, dumplings or crispy tofu. It also works great as an Asian salad dressing.
