This is a fully washed coffee from a community-focused project in Tolima, Colombia, brought to us by Forest Coffee. The project works with over 100 producers to grow and process cleaner coffees with fewer defects. Black Condor is grown at high altitudes, producing a complex and flavourful coffee with bags of sweetness and well structured acidity resulting in a tasty brew across all brew methods.
