This certified organic coffee is a reminder that Peru can produce remarkable cup quality. These beans display delicate aromas of jasmine and mild spices, transitioning to tropical fruit notes like mandarin and granadilla. Combined with a creamy mouthfeel, it makes for a deliciously lush and multilayered coffee. This micro-lot is grown without fertilizers or pesticides by the Alberca family who live in the district of Huabal in northern Peru. The cooperative where the beans are processed is engaged in a reforestation program that's part-funded through our (and your) purchase of this coffee.
