From the Karongi washing station in Western Rwanda, this single-farm coffee represents seven years of partnership with the Gahizi family. Sourced through Nordic Approach, it delivers a distinctive profile: bright citrus and caramel notes balanced by warming spice and subtle florals.
The small-scale, family-operated farm produces coffees typically harvested between May and July, when Rwanda's seasonal peak yields the finest lots. Roasted specifically for filter brewing, this coffee reveals a clean, sugary body with orange and baking spice complexity—a standout expression of the region's terroir that arrives at the roastery as an annual highlight.
