This delicate coffee delivers a clean, fruity, and bright profile with beautiful peach and cranberry notes alongside a subtle dark chocolate body. It's ideal for filter coffee enthusiasts and performs exceptionally well on V60 or other pour-over brewers.

This particular lot was grown by community farmers in Taferi Kela and processed by Bette Buna at their washing station. It's a classic washed Ethiopian coffee: first depulped, then fermented for 24-36 hours depending on temperature.

Fermentation occurs in concrete basins topped with water, creating a low-oxygen but not completely anaerobic environment.The coffee is then washed with floaters and defects removed, followed by 8-15 days on raised, covered drying beds and warehouse rest time to stabilize moisture levels.
