All Natural is Calendar Coffee's year-round seasonal filter roast, showcasing coffees processed using the traditional natural method. These coffees are sourced from regions where natural processing is either a long-standing tradition or a practical choice due to limited access to water and/or processing infrastructure.
The natural, or ‘dry’, process involves drying the coffee as whole cherries, resulting in a bold, fruity, and often fermented flavour profile. This method also requires far fewer resources than the traditional washed process and reduces the risk of water pollution on the farm.
