The farm is situated at 1,610 MASL and specializes in high quality natural coffees. The estate thrives in rich, volcanic soil within a biodiverse environment, cultivating shade-grown, high-scoring cherries. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"\u003eThis coffee has quickly become a favorite daily batch brew at the roastery, with beautiful raspberry notes, and a balanced, clean finish.
