La Cristalina is a farm of around 25 hectares. It is a farm where crops are grown under shade and very good heights, with more than 60 years of tradition. The main crop of La Cristalina is coffee, the varietals they grow are: Colombia, Castillo Caturra. It also has banana and orange crops. The 25 hectares of the farm are covered by the shade, provided by the walnut coffee tree and cedars.

What we love about this coffee is how it’s a textbook example of a classic washed Colombian coffee. It’s much more of a caramel sweetness than a chocolate sweetness and has a very juicy mouthfeel with a subtle fruity finish. It’s lovely across a range of brew methods but really goes great with your milk of choice in a flat white
