This coffee is a great example of everything we love about naturally processed Ethiopian coffees. Fruity and boozy and a hint of jasmine florality but also with a creamy almost chocolatey texture. It’s a great coffee if you want an espresso that has a lot of complexity and body but also a strong fruit forward flavour. In milk drinks it is really reminiscent of a strawberry milkshake.
It is versatile too and will work great as a filter coffee and with it’s strong acidity it can cut through really well on an immersion style brewer if you want a bit more clarity and flavour rather than just heavy body.
