Rich and sweet, with notes of praline, butterscotch and maple syrup.
This coffee is beautifully balanced and smooth, with a buttery mouthfeel, a soft grape-like acidity and a high level of sweetness. It's perfect for espresso and moka pot preparations and will also make a richer filter coffee. Ubérrimo means 'abundant' in Spanish, the name chosen because the farm's rich soils produce an abundance of crops. Francy is an active member of the Native Seeds project that promotes education for farmers in the Arboleda region with the aim of fostering sustainable and scalable coffee production.
