This well balanced, natural ginger syrup compliments a range of tastes. Peruvian ginger is 3 times as strong than regular ginger. By reusing the discarded ginger skin back into my ginger infused water, this gives this syrup a nice earthy and pleasant taste. Add 1-2 tablespoons, depending on desired strength, to any sparkling liquid or a warm drink.
