Temps de Lune (“time of the moon”) is made by the Courselle sisters and harvested and vinified while taking into account the Biodynamic Lunar Calendar and favouring ‘Fruit Days’. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, in small concrete vats, without adding sulphur.
On the nose, so black fruits (blackberries and blackcurrants) but equally a spicy, lightly roasted side resembling mocha. The sensation in the mouth is fresh, with so tannins and a hint of mint on the finish.
