This month we’re setting our sights - and our tasting spoons - on Guatemala, a vast country with huge diversity in its people and terrain. This diversity is reflected in the immense variety of coffee being produced.
With this in mind, we have selected some of our current favourites from this award winning COE farm- Rio Dorado. You will be tasting the same coffee - a Pacamara varietal from the same lot - El Morito, with two different processing methods.
