The name 'Confite' refers to a popular sweet in Honduras which consists of dried fruit or nuts covered in sugar. Marysabel and her husband Moises have created a coffee that is also deliciously sweet and fruity, using ripe coffee cherries that are dried on raised beds with their skins on for approximately one month. This is a difficult operation given the humid climate around Marcala, but one that we think has paid off. Expect a full bodied and fruity espresso.
