We've partnered with The Boatyard Distillery in Fermanagh to create a very unique chocolate that we feel goes beyond the sum of its parts.
Working with the highest quality organic spent botanicals produced in their gin-making process, we've designed this chocolate to parallel The Boatyard Double Gin-- intentionally juniper-berry forward while respecting the ratio of the other botanicals.
This 68% dark chocolate is made from organic and ethically sourced cocoa beans from our friends at Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania.
Cocoa bean variety: Acriollado (Criollo x Amelonado) and Neo-Nacional. Certified Organic.
