We love smooth, easy drinking profile of this coffee. Colombian coffees are often characterised as caramel compared to Brazil’s chocolate and we things this is a great example of that. Lighter body and a little bit more sweetness make it super versatile and great for any brew method. We love it as an easy to drink espresso!
La Cabana is a farm where the majority of the coffee crop is growing under shade. The main crop of the farm is coffee but they also grown a range of fruits and vegetables. The shade on the farm is made up of various types of trees, Cedars, Walnut, Banana and avacado.
